Chinese Government provides RMB 23.3 million loan for Nam Dinh Textile Factory Upgrading and Expansion Project Prior to the end of 2009, the Chinese Government provided an RMB 23.3 million concessional loan to the Government of Vietnam for the Nam Dinh Textile Factory Upgrading and Expansion Project.

The project, which sought to upgrade and expand the Nam Dinh Textile Factory, reached completion status by 2006.
