Grant Description

Chinese Government provides RMB 11.2 million loan for Hai Duong Porcelain Factory Upgrading Project Prior to the end of 2009, the Chinese Government provided an RMB 11.2 million 'concessional' loan to the Government of Vietnam the Hai Duong Porcelain Factory Upgrading Project. By 2006, the project had been completed and put into operation.
