Grant Description

Chinese Government provides RMB 12.5 million loan for Sao Vang Rubber Factory Upgrading Project Prior to the end of 2009, the Chinese Government issued an RMB 12.5 million concessional loan to the Government of Viet Nam to upgrade the Sao Vang Rubber Factory. The proceeds of the loan were on-lent to Sao Vang Rubber Joint Stock Company.

This project reached completion status.

The Star Rubber Factory was originally financed and built by China in 1958 (see '越南的橡胶工业———赴越南考察报告').
