Grant Description

In 2010, China signed an Economic and Technical Cooperation Agreement (ETCA) for a grant for RMB40 million, or $5.86 million ("China in the Pacific: The New Banker in Town" pdf p.15).

The grant was specifically to aid in 3 projects: the construction of the Francophone Wing at the University of the South Pacific (Record ID#39212), the expansion of the Prime Minister's Office (Record ID#42011), and the Construction of the National Convention Center (Record ID#37727).
