Grant Description

As of 2018, China has consecutively dispatched 7 batches of 12-member medical teams to work in Timor-Leste upon the request of the Timorese government since 2003. Each team served two years, mainly at the Guido Valadares National Hospital.

According to Timor Leste's Aid Management Platform by 2018, the total actual commitments of the project was 5,814,166.31 USD, while the total planned disbursement was 8,160,000 USD and the total actual disbursement was 11,835,958.65 USD.
