China Eximbank provides loan to build 13,500-line exchanges in twelve Myanmar towns in 2002 In 2002, China Eximbank reportedly provided a loan to Myanmar Posts and Telecommunication (MPT) — a state-owned enterprise in Myanmar — for a project to build 13,500-line-capacity digital auto-telephone exchange in 12 towns.
