Grant Description

According to an article from the Ministry of Commerce of the People's Republic of China from December 8, 2004, an Economic and Technical Cooperation Agreement (ETCA) was signed between Chinese Ambassador to Sierra Leone Cheng Wenju and Sierra Leone Foreign Minister Momodu Koroma on November 18, 2004.
