Grant Description

On November 17th and 24th, 2015, the Chargé d'affaires to Sierra Leone, Wang Xinmin, reportedly signed the exchange of letters for the agricultural and technical agreement (Phase XII) with the Minister of Agriculture, Food Safety, and Forestry of Sierra Leone, Joseph Sam Sesay, in Freetown, according to the Chinese Embassy.

By the agreement, China will continue to provide agricultural technologies to Sierra Leone and strengthen the cooperation in the agricultural sector between two countries.

The Ministry of Commerce of the People's Republic of China reports that this project is the 12th agricultural technical cooperation project.
