Grant Description

On April 8, 2013, the Chinese Government provided an RMB 300 million grant through an Economic and Technical Cooperation Agreement (ETCA) to Cambodia for unspecified purposes. An RMB 200 million interest-free loan ETCA was also signed on the same day (see Record ID#62488).

Premier Li Keqiang of the State Council held talks with Cambodian Prime Minister Hun Sen in the Great Hall of the People on April 8, 2013.

The two sides signed multiple agreements, including ETCAs, loans from China to Cambodia for bridge and irrigation system development, grant aid for a vocational school on agriculture, and a memorandum of understanding on an oil refinery project (Record ID#62466.
