Grant Description

On January 16, 2012, the governments of Equatorial Guinea and China signed an Economic and Technical Cooperation Agreement (ETCA) for a grant.

The purpose of the agreement was to develop Equatorial Guinea's economy and stimulate its fishing and transportation sectors (see "INFORME ECONÓMICO YCOMERCIAL" and "GUÍA DE NEGOCIOS Guinea Ecuatorial". The exact sub-projects funded under this grant are unknown.
