Grant Description
On July 4, 2019, a representative of the Chinese Government signed an Economic and Technical Cooperation Agreement (ETCA) providing BWP 340 million to the Government of Botswana for unspecified development projects. It is unclear whether this is a grant or an interest-free loan.
