The 11th medical team consisted of 4 members who were stationed at Katutura State Hospital (首都卡图图拉医院) in the capital city of Windhoek.

The team, which primarily provided acupuncture and massage services, completed its term of service between June 7, 2016 and early June 2018. The team reportedly treated about 600 patients per month, free of charge.
