Grant Description

On February 1, 2012, the Secretary-General of the Algerian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Chinese Ambassador to Algeria signed an Economic and Technical Cooperation Agreement (ETCA) in Algiers on behalf of their respective governments. The agreement committed RMB 100 million of grant funding for the Government of Algeria to allocate at its discretion.
