Grant Description

Reports state that after the completion of construction of a Gabonese senate building, China would begin the construction of buildings to be used for training purposes.

The two countries had recently signed an accord for oil cooperation between Sinopec and the Gabonese Department of Energy, in areas of engineering, construction of refining and chemical units, technology exchange and training.
