1) investigating the composition, diversity, and seasonal variation of diets of three mountain gorilla groups outside of the Karisoke sector; 2) assessing and comparing the nutritional composition of frequently consumed gorilla food plants; and 3) calculating monthly and annual home ranges of the groups and determining the importance of each habitat type to groups' home ranges.
