On November 25, 2009, Chinese Ambassador E Gu Xiaojie and Ethiopian Minister of Fiscal and Economic Development Sophie Ahmed signed the Agreement on Economic and Technical Cooperation between the Government of the People's Republic of China and the Government of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia on behalf of their respective governments.
