Grant Description

On September 30th, 2005, Zhang Youhua, Counselor of the Economic and Commercial Office of the Chinese Embassy in Mali, and Mamadou Sidibe, Technical Advisor of the Ministry of Health of Mali, signed a handover certificate for the Chinese government's donation of medicine and medical devices during the handover ceremony in Bamako.

The captain of the current Chinese medical mission to Mali, the 19th Medical Team, was in attendance (Record ID#60170).
