Grant Description
On October 29, 2012, the Chinese and Ethiopian governments signed a $23 million Economic and Technical Cooperation Agreement (ETCA).
Wei Hongtian, the Chargé d’affaires of the Chinese Embassy in Ethiopia, and the State Minister of the Ministry of Finance and Economic Development, Sufian Ahemed, signed the Sino-Egyptian Agreement on Economic and Technical Cooperation on behalf of the governments of the two sides in Addis Ababa.
