Grant Description

On November 12, 2001, China announced that it had donated mine-sweeping apparatuses to African countries including Ethiopia, Rwanda, Mozambique, Angola, Namibia and Eritrea. The breakdown of the donation to each country is unclear. Individual donations to Mozambique (ID #940), Ethiopia (ID #602), and Eritrea (#85105) are recorded separately.

In 2000, China held mine-sweeping trainings for African countries (ID #570).
