This award is a continuation of Grant Agreement F20AP10205, in which a total of $24,500,000 in..grant funds was awarded for the following purpose: securement of 37,090 acres through 320 acres in..fee simple acquisition, 18,824 acres of conservation easements, and 17,946 acres of short-term..conservation agreements, enhancement of 12,853 acres, annual management of 4,797,651 acres of..previously secured habitat, and stewardship of 3,300,000 acres across the Prairie Pothole and Western..Boreal portions of Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, Saskatchewan, the Yukon Territory and the..Northwest Territories...Funds for the continuing phase of this programmatic awarded $18,500,000 in grant funds..to permanently secure 800 acres through fee simple acquisition, 10,443 acres through conservation..easements, and 12,781 acres through conservation agreement in the Prairie Pothole and Western..Boreal region of Canada.

Funds under this award will also be used to enhance 11,586 acres, manage..4,898,408 acres, and steward 3,263,000 acres.

The purpose of this award is therefore to secure,..enhance, manage and steward a total of 8,197,018 acres of habitat for the benefit of migratory birds..and other wildlife..
