Grant Description

On September 10th, 2013, the Chinese Government signed a handover certificate with the Malagasy Ministry of Health for the donation of a batch of anti-malaria medicines, according to the Chinese Ministry of Commerce.

Chinese Ambassador Yang Min and Malagasy Minister of Health and Family Planning Joanita Naimananram attended the ceremony and signed the certificate.
