Grant Description

On 11 November 2012, the Chinese Ambassador signed an an exchange of letters in which China committed to donate 1,000 laptops to the University of Djibouti. The monetary value of this donation is $798,040 USD (approximately 142 million DJF). The laptops were officially handed over to the Djibouti side on 17 March 2013.
