In 2016, Mpande Limestone Ltd. — a subsidiary of Chinese state-owned Sinoma Cement Co., Ltd. and project company that was created to design, finance, and implement China Development Bank-financed Sinoma Zambia Building Materials Industrial Park Project in Zambia (#72642) — spent a total of $1.21 million USD for the Nachitete Primary School and Hospital Construction Project.
