Grant Description
Services Provided: Under this PASA, USDA FAS Office of Capacity Building and Development will provide technical staff to assist USAID's Office of Donor Engagement, Office of Science and Technology, and the Office of the Assistant DIrector to carry out their technical leadership in food security; climate change; donor engagement and outreach; policy formulation and implementation; program planning and management; monitoring and evaluation; and science, technology and innovation.
OCBD will also provide administrative support to the PASA technical staff so that they can effectively carry out their tasks in support of USAID.
