Grant Description

Under this PASA, USDA's Foreign Agricultural Service/Office of Capacity Building and Development(OCBD) will provide technical staff to assist USAID's Office of Infrastructure and Engineering, USAID's Office of Environmental Science and Policy, and USAID's Office of Poverty Reduction to carry out their technical leadership, program management and field support responsibilities.

OCBD will also provide administrative support to the PASA technical staff so that they can effectively carry out their tasks in support of USAID.
