Grant Description

China Eximbank pledges loan for implementation of pre-paid BT meter assembly and manufacturing unit A report from the Office for Coordination and Monitoring of the Sino-Congolese Program (BCPSC) in 2013 stated that a contract for the implementation of a pre-paid BT meter assembly and manufacturing unit (In French: d'implantation d'une unité de montage et de fabrication de compteurs BT à prépaiement) in Democratic Republic of Congo will be negotiated by Chinese companies SinoHydro and CREC and funded by the China Eximbank.

Subsequent ACGT Reports on the Sino-Congolese Program do not list the project as a subproject of the program.
