China Eximbank, Huawei, and Argisol pledge loan worth 100 billion CFA for several projects In 2016, China Eximbank, Huawei, and Argisol agreed in principle to loan 100 billion CFA for several projects in the Democratic Republic of Congo, including projects related to government computerization and telecommunications, the construction of general hospitals, reference centers, health centers, and professional/technical schools.
