Grant Description

On September 25, 2012, China's Ministry of Commerce signed an Economic and Technical Cooperation Agreement, or ETCA (Accord de coopération économique et technique pour la réalisation des projets communs), granting the Government of the Republic of Cameroon 50 million CNY through via China Development Bank (CDB).

The grant will go to the Yabassi agricultural and technical high school project (see linked Record ID#30166) in addition to other unspecified joint projects.
