Grant Description

On February 20, 2013, the Chinese Government and the Government of the Democratic Republic of the Congo signed an economic and technical cooperation agreement (ETCA).

Under the terms of the ETCA, the Chinese Government agreed to provide an RMB 50 million grant to the Government of the Democratic Republic of Congo for unspecified purposes. It is unclear if any of the proceeds of this loan have been disbursed.
