Grant Description

China Eximbank pledges $320 million loan for construction of medium and low voltage electricity distribution networks A 2017 World Bank report stated that negotiations with China Eximbank are ongoing for the financing of the construction of two 400 kV substations on the Inga-Kinshasa line as well as medium and low voltage distribution networks, for 160 and 320 million US dollars.
