Grant Description

On 8 July 2016, the Chinese and Nigerien governments signed an Economic and Technical Cooperation Agreement (ETCA) of an unspecified value.

However, it financed emergency food aid following an agriculture failure in 2015 and a refugee crisis resulting from regional conflict. At least a portion of this ETCA, if not all, funded a 50 million RMB rice donation in 2017 (Record ID#58581).
