Grant Description

On April 6 2009, China handed over to Botswana government the equipment needed for the China-aid human resource training project, including 7 sets of video-telephony equipment. A handover ceremony was held in Gaborone.

The IT human resource training project was implemented by ZTE corporation (see #675) and completed as of September 28, whose program manager attended the handover ceremony as well.
