Grant Description

China Pledges 150 million RMB Interest-free Loan to Niger under Economic and Technical Cooperation Agreement On August 26, 2015, the Governments of China and Niger signed an Economic and Technical Cooperation Agreement (ETCA) including a 100 million RMB interest-free loan for various infrastructure projects such as the third bridge over the Niger River in Niamey (Record ID#58039).

This ETCA also includes a grant equal to 150 million RMB (Record ID#58007). The opening ceremony for Niger's third bridge project was held around March 5, 2021.
