Grant Description

On 4 January 2004, the Chinese Government provided a 30 million RMB ($3.6 million USD) grant to the Government of Sudan for training staff at the Sudan Ministry of International Cooperation. It is unclear whether these funds were ever disbursed.

At the same meeting, the Chinese government also provided a 30 million RMB concessional loan for the International Conference Hall Construction Project (see Record ID#57993).
