Grant Description

On November 17, 2009, the Chinese Government and the Government of Sudan signed two Economic and Technical Cooperation Agreements (ETCAs) in which the Chinese Government committed RMB 80 million in grant funding (as captured by this project) and a RMB 80 million interest-free loan (see linked Record ID#2449) to Sudan for unspecified purposes.

On January 21, 2010, the Chinese Government and the Sudanese Government signed the bank account processing rules for the funds committed in these ETCAs.
