Grant Description

On November 18, 2009, the Chinese and Rwandan governments signed an Economic and Technical Cooperation Agreement (ETCA). As part of the agreement signed, the Chinese Government provided a grant of RMB 60 million. The grant will be used to finance projects that are agreed upon by both governments.
