Grant Description

Chinese Government and Rwandan Government sign an Economic and Technical Cooperation Agreement On January 10, 2012, the Chinese Government and the Government of Rwanda signed an Economic and Technical Cooperation Agreement (ETCA). As a part of the agreement, China will provide a USD 9 million interest-free loan to Rwanda.

The maturity period of the loan is 10-years.
