Grant Description

On July 28th, 2016, in Beijing, China signed an ETCA with Burundi. The second memorandum of the ETCA established a Kobero-Gatumba highway (in French, "autoroutes Kobero-Gatumba"). China Railway Engineering Corporation is the main contractor. The project is to be financed under the China-Africa cooperation programs.

This project is Linked to Record ID#66607, the funding ETCA, the Bujumbura-Gitega highway Record ID#66895, and Record ID#57289, the construction of a Big Data center under the same ETCA.
