Grant Description

On April 30th, 2019, the handover ceremony of materials from the Embassy of the People's Republic of China to the National Union of Eritrean Women (NUEW) was held.

The Embassy of the People’s Republic of China extended material support to the National Union of Eritrean Women aimed at developing human resources of the union. The material support includes a donation of machineries for making ceramics, weaving, design, and artifacts.

This handover ceremony was attended by the Chinese Ambassador to Eritrea Yang Ziqang and the President of the NUEW, Tekea Tesfamicael. The value of this donation is unknown. This project is completed.
