Grant Description

In 2009, China and Guyana signed an agreement on Guyana's Information Communication Technology Project. The project includes completion of wireless and terrestrial networking system from Moleson Creek to Anna Regina. It will be funded by a grant and a loan from China.

This project is an umbrella project for Record ID#56644, the loan part of the project, and Record ID#56646, the grant part of the project. This project was planned to start in 2009, but started in 2010. It is slated to finish by the end of 2015.
