China provided 13.8 Million MAD for the purchase of school materials. According to the Budget Directorate of the Moroccan Ministry of Economy and Finance. As of 28 March 2018, the 13.8 million MAD had not been disbursed to Morocco.

The project title in French is "Fourniture d'un lot de materiél en faveur de l'enseignement scolaire" which translates to "Supply of a set of materials for school education."
