Grant Description

On November 28, 2015, the Chinese Embassy and the Ministry of Economics, Planning, and International Cooperation of Central African Republic signed an economic and technical cooperation agreement (ETCA) for a grant of 9 billion CFA to be used toward the supplying of materials for the 10MW Boali III Hydroelectric Dam and Electric Transmission Network Project (see Record ID#420) and the construction of the Sapéké Bridge Reconstruction Project (see Record ID#52944).
