Some of the money will be used to construct the agricultural complex in Portsmouth which will advance agricultural technology and community engagement as well as promote more resilience.

Some of the money will also be used to construct schools in Dominica - a new Goodwill Secondary School (#71512) , a new Thibaud Primary School, Calishbishie Primary School, Bellevue Chopin extension, the Tete Morne Primary School, and the Sineku Primary School.

Another project mentioned is the construction of a new Police headquarters and officers' residences; after which the balance would be used for the second phase of the new National Hospital
