Grant Description

On December 31, 2015, the Chinese Government and the Government of Tunisian signed an Economic and Technical Cooperation Agreement (ETCA). This ETCA committed an unspecified amount of grant funding to Tunisia. The Tunisian Ministry of Foreign Affairs was responsible for the execution of the agreement.

The Tunisian Government ratified the agreement on October 18, 2016, via Decree n° 2016-1198.
