Grant Description
On November 29, 2013, the Chinese Government and the Government of Tunisia signed an Economic and Technical Cooperation Agreement (ETCA), in which the Chinese Government committed a grant worth TND 32 million dinars to Tunisia for a set of projects to be defined at a later date. The agreement was signed by Foreign Minister of Tunisia Othman Jerandi and Chinese Ambassador to Tunisia Bian Yanhua.
The Tunisian Government ratified this ETCA on October 30, 2014, via Decree n° 2014-4056. Tunisia's Ministry of Foreign Affairs was responsible for the implementation of this decree.
