Grant Description

On May 17, 2010, during the visit of Chinese Foreign Minister Yang Jiechi, the Chinese Government and the Government of Tunisia signed an Economic and Technical Cooperation Agreement (ETCA), in which the Chinese Government committed RMB 20 million of grant funding to Tunisia for unspecified purposes.

The Tunisian Government ratified this ETCA on June 21, 2010, via Decree n° 2010-1535. Tunisia's Ministry of Foreign Affairs was responsible for the implementation of this decree.
