Chinese Government pledges a RMB 400 million preferential loan — via a framework agreement — for unspecified projects On March 27, 2006, the Chinese Government and the Government of Tunisia signed a RMB 400 million preferential loan framework agreement for unspecified purposes. On December 4, 2006, the Tunisian Ministry of Foreign Affairs approved the agreement in Decree N° 2006-77.

Then, on January 15, 2007, the agreement was ratified via Decree N° 2007-76.
