Grant Description

The Chinese Government has agreed to a grant to be provided to the Sao Tome & Principe Government for construction of the Dr. Ayres Menezes Hospital. The financing package will have a grant element of at least 35%. The hospital is also being financed by a USD $17 million loan with a 34% grant element from Kuwait.
