Chinese Government pledges to extend credit line for modernizing Cuba’s electronic industry In 2017, China’s ambassador to Cuba Chen Xi signed five new accords to support the recovery process after Hurricane Irma. One of the accords include a new credit line to remodel and modernize Cuba’s electronic industry.
