Grant Description
On April 23, 2012, the People's Republic of China signed an Economic and Technical Cooperations Agreement (ETCA) with the Government of Colombia which comes in the form of a 20 million Yuan grant. The allocation of the grant will be decided on by both governments.
The agreement also grants Colombia with an Exchange of Notes for the donation of US $ 200,000 for the attention of the victims of the heavy rains that are currently occurring, the Act of Delivery of the First Game of Vehicles for Official Use (donation of 32 cars and 3 buses), and the Exchange of Notes on the Project of the Training Course in Hydraulic Technology in China for 25 Colombian technicians.
On the day of the signing, the two governments also signed other bilateral agreements.
